The following information addresses the
types of materials which can be legally burned, and the hours and days that outdoor burning is permitted. PLEASE
help us keep our city safe from fire hazards! The City of limits. This permit is available at no cost, and is

follow all of the steps and rules as outlined below. If you live in the County, you will need to contact the Office to

3. If you are going to be conducting a large burn, call Collin County Dispatch to let them know the address at
which you will be conducting the burn. Contact Collin County Dispatch at: (972) 547-5350

Authorization
to conduct outdoor burning or the use of fireworks does not exempt or excuse a
person
from the responsibility, consequences, damages, or
injuries resulting from the authorized burning, and
does not excuse a person from complying with any
other applicable laws, ordinances, or regulations.
